About Me:
I follow the APPI Modified Pilates model which has been devised by Physiotherapists and has taken the original 34 mat work exercises and modified them to create a progressive approach to core stability training.

There exists the possibility of certain dangers when exercising. They include abnormal blood pressure, fainting, irregular, fast or slow heart rhythm, and in rare instances, heart attack, stroke or death. Whilst every care will be taken, it is impossible to predict the body’s exact response to exercise. Every effort will be made to minimise these risks.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct equipment and follow the teacher's instructions in order to exercise safely. You will listen to your body and rest when needed.
