Welcome to Gemma Darley Pilates. This session will go through the foundations of set up lying on your back, front and side, 4 point kneeling and standing. It is explained in a simple way to help you understand the principles of Pilates. This is the most important session you will do. If you get the basics right you will get the most from your Pilates sessions.

Focusing on hip/pelvic stability. Remember slow and controlled with the exercises and you will gain more from them.

25minutes (Beginner-mobility)
This is a really nice mobility session. Good to do first thing on a morning to get you going or simply when you are feeling a little stiff and want to feel a little taller and more aware of your posture.
